William J. Quinn - President & Chief Executive Officer

William J. Quinn is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the California Council for Environmental and Economic Balance (CCEEB) – a nonprofit, nonpartisan coalition of business, labor, and public leaders.

Mr. Quinn has worked extensively in the regulated community in multiple capacities. Prior to joining CCEEB in 1995, Mr. Quinn held environmental management positions for over 15 years with energy and utility industries. He worked closely with key stakeholders in negotiating many of California’s principal environmental statutes.

Mr. Quinn develops balanced solutions to regional air quality problems and works closely with district regulators and local communities. As President and CEO, Mr. Quinn represents CCEEB in numerous public forums.

Janet Whittick - Vice President

Janet Whittick is the Vice President at the California Council for Environmental and Economic Balance (CCEEB) – a nonprofit, nonpartisan coalition of business, labor, and public leaders. Ms. Whittick currently focuses on cross-media and multi-media environmental impacts, with a particular focus on air quality and energy. Ms. Whittick has worked with a diverse range of non-profit and public interest organizations over the years, including the statewide Flex Your Power campaign, the California Environmental Dialogue, the Business Energy Coalition (a cutting-edge demand response program), the University of California at San Francisco, and the Hmong-American Community, Inc. Ms. Whittick graduated from the University of California at San Diego with honors.

Christine Wolfe-Policy and Communications Director

Christine Wolfe is the Policy and Communications Director at the California Council for Environmental and Economic Balance (CCEEB) – a nonprofit, nonpartisan coalition of business, labor, and public leaders. Ms. Wolfe has a background in legislative and regulatory affairs, most recently in the waste and recycling sector, where she managed state and federal policy for Recology. Ms. Wolfe has experience in regulatory development, environmental permitting, and NEPA/CEQA review for complex infrastructure and ecosystems across California and the West Coast. Ms. Wolfe is a graduate of Harvard College.

Yvonne Vukasin - Administrator

Yvonne Vukasin is the manager of member relations and administration for the California Council for Environmental and Economic Balance (CCEEB) – a nonprofit, nonpartisan coalition of business, labor, and public leaders. Vukasin plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of CCEEB, acting as a liaison to the board and members. She engages current members, advises the President on key issues, assists in development, and oversees all employee benefit plans as well as event management. Vukasin also supports the CCEEB’s Natural Resources Task Force. An avid swimmer who enjoys the outdoors, cooking and traveling with her family, she lives in San Francisco with her husband.

Ken Stevens - Manager, Accounting

Ken Stevens is the accounting manager for the California Council for Environmental and Economic Balance (CCEEB) – a nonprofit, nonpartisan coalition of business, labor, and public leaders. Mr. Stevens joined the Council in July 1990 and manages all aspects of CCEEB’s financials including audits, billings and receivables. Prior to joining CCEEB, Mr. Stevens was an auditor for the Unocal Corporation. He is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Jason Henderson— Associate

Jason Henderson is the Associate at the California Council for Environmental and Economic Balance (CCEEB) – a nonprofit, nonpartisan coalition of business, labor, and public leaders.  Mr. Henderson supports all project work at CCEEB with a particular focus on regulatory affairs for the Air Project, Bay Area Project and South Coast Air Project.

Previously, Mr. Henderson worked in advocacy and policy development wherein his six years as a legislative analyst, he advocated for policy issues regarding education, nutrition, and youth mental health.  An alumnus of California State University – Long Beach (CSULB), Mr. Henderson is still actively involved in the community — a frequent mentor for transfers and incoming students.
